Body Glove Performer 11′ Inflatable Stand Up Paddle Board Package

This product was recommended by John Frigo from Best Price Nutrition

I’ve been paddleboarding for probably 4-5 years, I’d previously rented paddleboards and had always wanted to buy one but I had a small car so a hard board wouldn’t work and I’d always been skeptical of soft boards, I just couldn’t imagine something inflatable being sturdy. I also noticed that it seemed like it was hard to find a decent board for under $700. I one day wound up seeing a Body Glove Performer 11′ at Costco on sale for $299, I think it was normally $399 or $499. I was skeptical but Body Glove is a name I recognized and Costco has a really friendly return policy so I figured if it popped or I didn’t like it I could always just return it with no hassle. Well it’s been 4 or 5 years and I still have the same board and absolutely love it. Obviously performance wise your going to suffer a tiny bit compared to a hard board in terms of performance and cutting through the water but I have absolutely no complaints about the sturdiness or stability or my board, I take it out on Lake Michigan in really wavy weather and have no problem staying up. I’ve also taken it down rivers where its gotten beat up pretty good but rocks, where my tail fin has hit on things and I’ve never had any leaks or any trouble. I’d highly recommend it and you can’t beat the price.
