Most women seemed very pleased with this saddle, both with its comfort and fit. The saddle is usually comfortable out of the box but may need to be broken in for the average rider.
I was surprised to discover that the Allure actually fits me pretty well. I am a large rider (200 lbs./6′ 1″), but my sit bones are narrow. This saddle works better for me than a wider saddle. I have to admit that I was worried about comfort, but I need not have been. After riding the Allure for several weeks, I now believe that I made the right decision. I love the way this saddle feels on longer rides. It is comfortable, but it is also extremely durable. I never have to worry about the saddle wearing out.
I have tried other saddles, but none of them fit me quite like the SDG Allure. It is definitely built with smaller riders in mind, but it still works well for larger women. I love the way this saddle looks on my Specialized AFR Pro, and I never get the feeling that I am going to slide to the front.
I wore this saddle for several weeks and then compared it to my previous saddle. I was able to notice a difference right away. The Allure is great for keeping my weight centralized. The soft foam allows me to shift my weight from side to side without feeling like I’m going to slip. I also love how the Allure feels like it’s hugging my rear end. My previous saddle was great for longer rides, but it never made me feel as secure as this saddle does. The best feature about the Allure is its durability. I ride hard and I ride fast, but this saddle has held up.

This saddle is going to work great for women who need a wider saddle. The SDG Allure has replaced my old saddle and it is now my “go to” saddle. After looking for a saddle that worked well for me, I found it with this saddle. No other saddle has been able to compare.
