What a start to the 2019 UCI Cross-Country World Cup! Setting wheels in motion, American star Kate Courtney secured her first XCO World Cup and the first event win for the USA since 1999! After a tiring battle between Jolanda Neff, Yana Belomoina and Anne Tauber – the podium began to fill up fast! In the men’s XCO final, weather was not in their favour as Mathieu van der Poel, Mathias Flueckinger and Jordan Sarrou battled for pole while the water logged course shook up the ranks. It will make for an interesting round two in Nove Mesto this weekend!
